Harshada has been an award-winning Consultant who has delivered programs and projects across 30+ countries. She wanted to part ways from her job within 10 years of starting the same and do something she was passionate about. Throughout the 10 years of her job, she has been trying to find this purpose. 

Nevertheless, she left the job as planned without any clue of what was coming her way and Cloud Counselage happened to her. She got an opportunity to explore her options, push my boundaries, and take a leap. While working with the Founder, Tushar Topale, towards the vision of the Cloud Counselage of ‘building workforce of millions to deliver projects globally’, I found my own vision.

Tushar is a 'Social Entrepreneur' and a 'Cloud Computing Expert' who spent over a decade in the IT industry with global organisations like IBM, Infosys, Microsoft, Mastek, etc. He claims to be a bad student during his engineering  and was not able to figure out his career options after his graduation. 

He observed that the same scenario still exists for many individuals therefore, initiated a platform, Industry Academia Community for continuous professional development of the youths PAN India. This community now engages 2,00,000+ members from 30+ countries comprising college students, freshers, and young professionals and further intends to support 100 Mn+ individuals to eradicate unemployability, provide them with job/mentorship/speaker opportunities, entrepreneurship support, and continuous professional development.

When she decided to make a comeback, she took a leap and restarted her career at Cloud Counselage working with Founder Tushar and today she is a Co-Founder and Director (HR). The tasks following the session will enable you to implement your learning and transform an idea into a business model

Feedback Post ASSESSMENTS 

Submit tasks to get feedback from the founders and for improvement of your idea, model, processes, output, etc.

FAQs

When can I start?

This program is conducted in batches, starting in October every year. The applications open in May of the resp. calendar year.

I have no understanding of entrepreneurship. Can I still participate?

The program will not only guide you through your entrepreneurial journey but will also ensure that you are ready to start it. As part of the program, we have a module that would first prepare you for entrepreneurship including building entrepreneurial mindset and skills.

How much time do I need to invest to complete this course successfully?

Over the 9 months starting October, the participants must spend 6-8 hours weekly. The weekly schedule would be: 

> 1-2 hours for weekly prep and reading  

> 2 hours for live sessions with Business Mentor  

> 1-2 hours for group coaching with the founder 

> 2 hours for weekly tasks 

What if I have any specific idea before applying?

We would be pleased to hear the idea. You may use the chat with us option to reach out to discuss your idea. 

What are the onboarding Formalities?

Once you have paid the program fee, you are required to submit your identity, academic, and employment documents (if any) for verification and attend an onboarding session to understand the policies, procedures, and ways of working to be adopted during the program.
